Program Rules

Clear Terms Before You Reserve a Share

Shared production works because every participant follows the same quantity, payment, artwork and timing rules.

Production thresholdThe batch enters production when combined reservations reach 500 bottles.

Minimum allocation

Reserve from 100 bottles per formula. Larger allocations are welcome.

Rolling enrollment

Reservations stay open until the batch reaches 500 bottles, subject to a 45-day maximum window.

30% deposit

A deposit secures your allocation. It is refunded if the shared run does not proceed.

2% full-payment saving

Pay the full product amount at reservation to receive 2% off the product invoice.

Your own label

We provide label dimensions and a template. You print the labels and send them to the designated facility.

Freight billed separately

Each brand pays the freight for its own cartons and may use a recommended or nominated freight forwarder.

Order Timeline

From Reservation to Separate Delivery

Milestones are confirmed in writing before payment so every brand can plan artwork, cash flow and launch timing.

    Combined reservations build toward the 500-bottle production threshold.

    Send Labels

    After the batch is confirmed, labels must arrive within 10 days.

    The full batch is produced and quality checked under the same controls.

    Ship Separately

    Your bottles are labeled, packed and dispatched to your nominated address.

Label deadline: If labels do not arrive within 10 days of batch confirmation, the allocation moves to the next available run under the agreed reservation terms.
